Nubit Solutions Inc. ("Nubit," "we," "us") is committed to protecting the personal information of visitors to nubit.ca and individuals who contact us. Your message is stored in our database and also delivered to us by email at info@nubit.ca.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of business communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use no analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site sets only strictly functional cookies: a security token (csrftoken) that protects forms against forgery, a language-preference cookie set when you switch languages, and, for authenticated editors only, an administrative session cookie.

Contact form submissions are stored in a secured database and retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and meet our record-keeping obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and secure hosting — appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved.
